Free Delivery: Here at Lazy Susan, we are pleased to offer the vast majority of our customer’s free delivery on any specified weekday. At checkout, select ‘Standard delivery’ and insert which weekday you would like delivery into the ‘comments box’. If you have a query, please do not hesitate to call us on 08450 737 136 or email sales@lazysusanfurniture.co.uk.

Local Delivery: For customers who live within c 120 miles of our Chichester warehouse, we aim to deliver the Garden Furniture ourselves to your Garden within 1-2 weeks. We will be in contact with you via email/phone to agree a convenient delivery date. We will give you a one-hour delivery time slot for the agreed day. If you cannot be in, please allow access to the garden for our employees to deliver the items. This can be achieved by leaving the side gate open or asking a neighbour to be in during the hour time slot.

We will also assemble all 8 and 10 seater sets for free.

Non-Local Delivery: All other orders will be sent securely packed, through our distribution partner, the Pallex Network (0808 144 2808). Once you have informed us of your preferred delivery date, we will dispatch your order, and ask Pallex to call you to book in your delivery.

Surcharges: Surcharges are applied automatically at checkout for areas that are not included in FREE Delivery. This surcharge is related to the size/weight of your Order. Zones G / H / I are subject to this.

Zone G (DD, PH, AB, IV, KW) is subject to the following surcharges:

Bistro Sets and other small tables- FREE

Benches / Loungers / 4 or 6 seater sets- £35.25

8 or 10 Seater sets- £70.50

 

Zones H / I (BA and Republic of Ireland) are subject to the following surcharges:

Bistro Sets and other small tables- £35.25

Benches / Loungers / 4 or 6 Seater sets- £64.63

8 or 10 Seater sets- £128.25

Timed Delivery: If you would like a timed delivery, next day delivery or Saturday AM delivery, please call us on 08450737136 and we will discuss the options. 

Surcharges for ‘timed-delivery’ (one-hour  time slot 9am-4pm, Mon-Fri) is £25, ‘next day delivery’ is £50 and ‘Saturday AM delivery’ £30. If you require one of these options please call us on 08450737136 and we will amend the order.

Foreign Enquiries: Foreign enquires for delivery are more than welcome- please send the delivery address and which set you are interested in to sales@lazysusanfurniture.co.uk and we will find a quote and reply within two working days. We have previously sent Furniture sets to France, Ireland, Spain, Holland, Switzerland, Japan, Guernsey, Jersey, Majorca, Belgium, Denmark, Jordan...the list goes on. We are able to offer this network through our numerous distribution partners. We cover a certain percentage of the delivery costs ourselves.


Delivery time scale:
Standard FREE delivery is three working days for Zones A / B/ C / D / E / F.  Delivery to Zone G is four working days, and delivery to Zones H and I is five working days. The delivery will be made between 9am-5pm. Within a chosen weekday, you can also select a ‘timed-delivery’ for just £25. This will mean you can book in the delivery for a one-hour time slot from 9am-4pm. If you are in need for rapid delivery, you can choose a next-day delivery service providing the Order is made before midday for just £50. This is only applicable for deliveries in Zones A / B / C / D / E / F.  Please call 08450 737 136 if this is required and we will dispatch the very same day.

If you have requested the set to be delivered by Lazy Susan, we will endeavour to deliver the set within 1-2 weeks. We will deliver all sets to your Garden, and will assemble all 8 and 10 seater sets.

Method of delivery: All our Pallet deliveries are made by a third party delivery company. We ask the delivery company to call you either the afternoon before or the morning of the specified weekday to confirm an estimated time of arrival. Although we ask for this with all Orders, occasionally they do not call ahead. If there are any problems, please contact us (08450 737 136) and we will track down your Order.

If you live within 120 miles of Chichester, West Sussex and have requested your Order to be delivered by Lazy Susan, we will strive to deliver the set ourselves within two weeks. An allocated one-hour slot will be given, and our employees will come along and deliver your items.

Delivery of smaller items such as Bistro Sets, Coffee Tables, Rectangular Serving Tables, Parasol Bases, individual cushions, Lazy Susans etc will be hand delivered by a third party delivery company between 9am-5pm. We ask these deliveries to be left ‘in porch or with a neighbour’ by default. A neighbour can sign for this item. A tracking number and website can be given if requested.

Additional Information:

Incorrect surcharge: If for some reason you are or are not charged the correct amount at checkout, we will place your Order on hold until we contact you and discuss if you would like to proceed with the Order. If the delivery is more than quoted, you are well within your rights to cancel your order at this point.

Damaged Delivery: If your Order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and request it to be sent back to us. We will then inspect the damage and have a new set sent to you straight away. We will take up the issue of the damage with our chosen carrier. Alternatively, if there is only a slight scratch seen either before acceptance of delivery or upon unwrapping, if you take a picture, we will be able to assess the situation and offer a discount. We will also send paint in the post to help you cover the scratch if you feel this would help. Please note this situation is extremely rare.

Delivery times: As deliveries are made by a third party company, we have no control over delivery times. As mentioned previously, we ask the carrier to call our customers the afternoon before or the morning of delivery, and therefore an arrangement has been made with them and not Lazy Susan. If the delivery company fails to give prior notice, please contact us. Please understand that if incorrect information has been given, this can hold up dispatch and therefore the delivery.

We are proud to say that 99% of deliveries are on time; however delivery times are estimates in which we and our carriers try our best to achieve. We do not accept any liability for failure to deliver within a certain time frame and as such do not offer compensation for this failure.

Signing for delivery: Deliveries are to your front door. Someone will need to be in to sign for the delivery. If you cannot be in, please ensure a neighbour will be on the stated/requested day. We would not want your Order to be left outside your door, and therefore ask the delivery company to return the order to your local depot, and have to rearrange for another day. You could incur a re-delivery charge.

Order processing: Orders received past 4pm on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day. Therefore the expected delivery time will be from this point of processing onwards.

Next-day delivery: For next day deliveries, orders need to be received before 12 noon in order to be processed and dispatch within the same day for delivery the very next day. If an order is placed after 12 noon, at the weekend, or on a bank holiday, we will process and dispatch the order the next working day. Next day deliveries cannot be guaranteed. If we fail to meet this request, we will refund the surcharge and have the order delivered as soon as possible. If incorrect delivery information was given or you are not in for attempted delivery and subsequently the delivery is delayed, we will not refund the surcharge.

Lazy Susan Furniture shall use reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery, the Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery however caused. Lazy Susan reserves the right to cancel any order which is logistically too complicated to deliver and will treat this order as a cancelled order. A refund will be given if any monies have been paid.



Returns


Faulty Goods:

A 7 day money back guarantee exists for faulty products. Evidence of any faults will be needed to be supplied by the customer. This means that a replacement product can be offered or alternatively we will offer a full refund equal to the value of the returned product. It is essential that any faulty product is made available for return in the exact condition in which it was delivered, along with the original packaging or similar. Items which are not adequately packaged at the time of collection may not be collected and a charge of £45 may be levied to cover the cost of failed collection. There will be no collection charges for faulty goods if the preceding conditions are adhered to. Once the faulty product has been successfully returned, a replacement product or a full refund will be arranged as quickly as possible.

Non-Faulty Goods:

If the customer is dissatisfied with his/her purchase, contact with us must be made within seven days of the original purchase, if he/she wishes to return some or all items from his/her order. The customer can either arrange to return the goods to the supplier at his/her own cost or ask a collection to be made at the cost of £75 which will be deducted from the refund. Goods must be returned to us in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to the customer and in the original packaging or similar. Items which are not adequately packaged at the time of collection may not be collected and a charge of £45 may be levied to cover the cost of failed collection. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.
