My Jessica 6 Seater Oval Table & Chairs, including free cushion covers, parasol and coffee table arrived on Friday. There was minimal assembly required, but because the furniture was so well packed, and heavy, it took me ages to get the chairs out of the box. But wow was it worth the struggle! I had been searching for an oval table for my newly laid patio for a long time, had seen a bronze effect set in a garden centre which was just too big, but it set me on an internet search for cast aluminium. Found the Lazy Susan website, and saw they did an oval set that was just the right size, and then started a wonderful customer service experience! Bit unsure about if I was entitled to the free coffee table as well as the free parasol and cushions, I called them, spoke to Andrew who was super helpful and knowledgeable, who told me (as did the website) that the Jessica was out of stock, but due in on the Monday, and that he could arrange delivery for the following Friday.Got several emails to update me on the status of delivery, and sure enough got it on Friday. The quality has astounded me and our friends, didn't think they made anything of this quality any more. It is super comfortable, and looks gorgeous on my new patio. Now I can see the quality for myself, it truly is maintenance free, and will way out-live my husband and me! Something lovely to pass down though!! Thank You to Andrew and all at Lazy Susan, I will have no hesitation in recommending you to all my friends.
