I was delighted with the service I received. I phoned up to place my order and was given clear and helpful advice. The furniture arrived quickly and on the agreed date and time. I am very impressed with the quality of the garden furniture, one of the reasons I decided to buy from Lazy Susan was the good value prices and quality furniture. I ordered the June oval table, 6 April chairs, the April bench and parasol and base. The service was excellent. My email enquiries were dealt with promptly as was my order. The delivery took place within a few days and my morning slot exceeded my expectation as it was a 9am - 12noon window that arrived at 8.15am. The furniture was brilliantly packaged, was easy to assemble and looks fantastic. Just need some decent weather to enjoy it!

I'm writing this email sitting on our nice new garden furniture set. We purchased four April chairs, one April bench and June table and we are very happy with them. Good quality, build and good looking. Am very pleased with the garden set. The service was second to none. We went to the warehouse to view the set prior to purchasing. David kindly met us on a Saturday and was very helpful with his advice. After placing the order it arrived within two days. There was an issue with one seat and this was promptly resolved with no hassle. I received a replacement seat within 24hrs. Thank you Andrew for that. I would have no problems highly recommending Lazy Susan to any friends or family.

We have just received the JUNE 95 x 150cm Oval Cast Aluminium Garden Furniture Set with 4 chairs , apple green cushions and matching parasol and base. The whole process from ordering to delivery has been first rate. I had a couple of queries which I emailed. The replies were promptly answered. On delivery day I received a call from the driver to say what time he would arrive. He helped me remove the items from the pallet, and took the pallet away, to save me disposing of it. I would agree with the previous comment that there is a lot of packaging to dispose of, but to me this means everything was well protected in transit. The table was easy to assemble, and the set has added the final quality touch to a revamped garden.
