This is a great company. The product looks good and really sets off our outdoor area. The initial service and delivery were without fault and the after sales service has been second to none. Its a pity that there are not many more companies in the UK with such great customer focus and outstanding service. Very highly recommended. I hope you have a successful 2012.

Just a note to say how delighted I was with my delivery of your patio furniture. It can be hard when you buy from the internet as you have no real idea of the weight and quality of the items you are purchasing until they are delivered. However, I couldn't be more pleased with the set. It is even nicer than presented on your website. The table and chairs are so solid and generous in size and the cushions wipe clean and can also be washed in the event of a real catastrophe. I feel that they will last for many years and look forward to seeing how well they will cope the the type of winters we have been experiencing of late. I would also like to thank you for all your help and advise and for your action in dealing with the faulty parasol which you so promptly replaced. I knew that we wanted an aluminium garden set and after surfing the internet came across the Lazy Susan website. I ordered straight away even though I had not looked at any other companies for comparison. I had however read the testimonials from your website which were glowing. I ordered the OLIVIA 180cm Round Cast Aluminium Garden Table Set which consisted of a round table, 8 April chairs, parasol and seat covers and even though I had missed off an item a quick email resolved the issue. The items were delivered on the day I had requested and the delivery man helped me get all the furniture into the garden and took the pallet away with him. My husband, children and father spent a few hours putting everything together but now they are up I am more than pleased with them. Luckily it was BBQ weather so we got to use them straight away. Thanks very much, I would highly recommend your company to others.
