I was given a Bistro table and chairs from a friend, but when we moved we lost one of the adjustable rubber feet on one of the chairs. I called up and explained what had happened and the gentleman I spoke to say no problem, we will send you a new one out in today's post. I love my Bistro table and I am sure I will be shopping from them very soon again. Five stars to them, Johanne Davey
