I have dealt with quite a number of internet sites over the years but none as helpful and professional as Lazy Susan, a special mention to Kate for the way she personally processed my order. All my items were as described, for both quality and value for money, and arrived on the day requested following a phone call from Kate to make arrangements, I run boarding kennels and I hope treat my human customers with the same respect as Lazy Susan, which is not always as easy as the doggy ones. Last August we purchased a 4-seater patio set, including brolly & cushions. The service, from taking the order to delivery was exceptional. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the items, so much so, that after having seen how well they have stood up to the winter, have just ordered 2 of the loungers. Once again, the service could not have been better, and a special thank you to Kate who went out of her way to help us. Unfortunately, on receipt of the loungers we found that one of them had been damaged. One quick phone call and a replacement part is due to be sent out to us, All that was required was a photograph of the broken piece. We are sure that this will be dealt with as promptly and efficiently as the actual orders, and therefore we would have no problem in recommending to all our friends. The quality of the items and value for money is excellent, and the service & after care exceptional.

I am so delighted with my new garden furniture, I purchased two sets of " Amy" for use at my holiday accommodation. The service was very efficient and I am delighted with the quality of the product as it is very sturdy and will have to take quite a battering from our visitors. The packaging was quite a challenge but certainly a safeguard against any damage. I ordered on a Friday afternoon and received the goods on the following Wednesday. Brilliant. Well done Lazy Susan, I shall certainly use you again in the future.

We are absolutely delighted with the quality and design of the Amy Round table, the four Rose chairs and the Apple Green Cushions. They have more than lived up to images/descriptions shown on your excellent web-site. The whole process worked liked clockwork and the delivery was made on the day requested. I would be more than happy to recommend Lazy Susan to any prospective buyer of garden furniture etc

I would just like to thank you for the lovely 4 seater table and chairs which I received today, it was nicely packaged and in perfect condition. The courier even carried it all round to the back of the house for me. Assembly was easy and the extra nuts and bolts just in case (which I did not need) was a really nice touch.
I can honestly say that your service has been excellent.
Its not often that you get something that completely surpasses all your expectations but the Lazy Susan furniture certainly has, We are really thrilled with the quality and design of the products and are so glad that we came to you. We will be buying a bench next!

Thank you so much for the amazing set and wonderful customer service we received, placing the order to delivery was excellent, we are very happy with the set, our Amy table & Maria chairs finish our garden of a treat, I can't stop checking and looking out of the patio window!! I have driven my husband round the bend for months about deciding on what furniture to pick and stumbled on your website by chance, the packaging was fantastic and you can tell that a lot of time and thought goes into receiving your furniture in tip top condition, I am over the moon also with the coffee table gift, I have now made two seating areas for myself and my husband to relax and unwind after a long day !!
