The website was very well compiled, ordering was straightforward and subsequent communications with respect to keeping me aware of progress were frequent and useful. The packaging was of a high standard, especially so because sun loungers are not an easy shape to prepare for shipment! I really appreciated the 'phone call to see when delivery would be convenient - a nice touch. Even the delivery lorry driver called on the day of delivery to give me a "heads up". The excellent after sales service and care is also very apparent. Lastly, and most important, the quality of the sun loungers is so good I believe they will give many years of service.
