Orders are zero-rated once customer is logged into their account (this is when the system picks up delivery address)

Delivery cost

Depending on the order, the system will apply a surcharge for delivery to Switzerland. This cost will represent the delivery cost.

Customs charge

Unfortunately we are not part of the customs process. Customs will be in touch with you once the goods have arrived in Switzerland.

Any extra costs?

The only costs left to cover will be local taxes. These are charged at 8% and the carriers will be in contact directly with you to cover this charge (the invoice will be sent via post).
Once the local taxes are paid, they order will be released from customs and delivery will be booked in.
