I changed my mind about which set of furniture I wanted and he was most obliging about altering the order. He was also prepared to accept a garden token in part payment which I felt was more than I was really entitled to expect. The order arrived as arranged and assembled for me. Michael has been most helpful and co-operative throughout the whole transaction and I am completely satisfied with the product which lives up to all expectations.
