I am very pleased with my purchase of your Ivy Bistro set. It arrived here without any problems and the transport agents stuck to the one hour delivery time so I didn't have to wait in all afternoon. It was straightforward for my husband to assemble. It looks good in the garden despite the awful rainy weather. All in all I think you offer a very good product at a competitive price.

The service I received was really top notch: personal, professional and the delivery was very quick and the chair very reasonably priced. The correspondence by e-mail really helped the me to get my order right and I was pleased with the chair we received, which is to replace a similar one we had broken. The latest furniture was a present for a friend who has just had her patio re done. It certainly looks good and makes the garden look very relaxing. She was delighted with the set and the quality of the furniture. I am sure she will have many years of pleasure from it. It goes without saying that your standards of service are excellent, a small teething trouble I had was sorted out very quickly and courteously. I wish you continued success in your business.

I purchased the Ivy white Bistro set from Lazy Susan. This was the best price I could find on the internet for similar goods. I was very impressed with the speed of handling my order (less than two days from placing the order to it arriving)…and I have bought a lot of items from the internet over the last two years! The furniture arrived in perfect condition, was easy to assemble and looks very nice on my small patio…shame the weather hasn’t given me chance to have breakfast on it yet!
