I had a minor issue with my order a short while after setting everything up. The company sorted it straight away. I also thought it prudent to get some touch up paint for the close season and that was included free.

Good product despite an issue I had with a table which was exchanged very quickly, the customer service was excellent.
Really pleased very quick delivery and the garden furniture is just perfect for our needs. It is of good quality and maintenance free, light in weight therefore it is easily moved when required.
I recently received a garden patio table and chairs with parasol. Very sturdy and comfortable, but parasol crank handle mechanism was heavily cracked on arrival. I phoned Lazy Susan who couldn’t have been more helpful or efficient! after sending them a photo of the cracks, they immediately offered to send a replacement and with no need to return the damaged one! The new one arrived only a few days later with timing of delivery notified. Excellent service indeed!
Excellent service with helpful staff … there was a slight problem with my order but they fixed it quickly and I am so pleased with the furniture.. it looks beautiful in the garden and very true to the images in the web … I would definitely order from lazy susan again!!!
