Product arrived within stated time, good quality, easy to assemble, with all necessary tools provided. One small problem was dealt with quickly and easily by a most helpful member of staff.
Brilliant customer services, both on ordering and when there was a small problem which they sorted out straightaway. Dining set is just what we were hoping for - sturdy and a good size - well made.
The table and chairs are lovely. A wee bit tricky to put together but everything fitted and the set is sturdy and looks good. All the fittings and tools were sealed onto a card however there was one matching bolt missing. After one phone call to customer services this was rectified and it arrived the next day. Delivery took two days as one parcel was delayed somewhere in the system and the delivery men were less than helpful.
Without this small hassle it would have been five stars
Good service all round. Great prices, especially if also buying a second item. Delivery was quick and efficient. Products arrived well packaged with good instructions. One nut did not screw on bolt…a quick email and report was dispatched.
