Wonderfully fast and uncomplicated delivery and an enrichment in the garden under a large walnut tree. We are very satisfied.
Great service with good delivery time. Only a small point that the instructions showed spring washers which were not included. I contacted customer services who advised they were no longer needed but if I wanted them they would post them out. I decided against using them but perhaps the instructions should be updated. Easy to assemble chairs and table.
Very happy with my purchase. The North Yorkshire winters made maintaining wooden patio furniture a bit like painting the Forth Bridge, so my new table and chairs are welcome. Easy to assemble, parasol is lovely and tilts as well. My only ever-so-slightly negative comment is that although the colour is 'antique bronze' it appears totally black, and although this is fine a bit more 'bronze' effect would be nice. Overall an absolutely star buy, it looks lovely on the patio and I'm very pleased with it.
Easy to order and helpful customer support regarding our delivery. Straightforward to assemble and very well made pieces. The Alice table and chairs looks fab and we are looking forward to enjoying a summer outdoors now.
The furniture took a while to assemble, but it was fairly straight forward. The tables and chairs are of good quality and look great.

Highly satisfied with speed of delivery and first class customer service after I sent photos showing damage to chair legs, seats, arm rests, back rests and missing table washers etc. Replacements were sent within two days, very happy customer who shall continue to purchase further items from you.
