Haven't ordered anything for a longtime
High quality goods with easy instructions. Delivery was quick and the price very acceptable. I would definitely recommend this company.
We bought a 4 seater patio set, with parasol and cushions. A quality product, looks great, sturdy and well packaged. Delivery was prompt and we were kept I formed of delivery times.
Excellent communication and fast delivery. Solid construction,well made ,comfortable furniture . I assembled this myself although it would be easier with two people (it's surprisingly heavy for aluminium). Well packaged mostly in cardboard with tools and accessories included in sealed packs.
Everything was as expected and I like the adjustable legs on table and chairs for uneven ground. Was taking a while to put together until I started using my own better quality spanners, then it was much quicker and easier. Lovely quality.
I had purchased a set of garden furniture, which is excellent and looks good. However, whilst assembling the set, I must have mislaid a number of the plastic caps that cover screw ends. No problem for Lazy Susan, they sent 4 replacements without question.
I received the package within days.

I have waited 4 months before reviewing and I am happy to say we have been pleased with our purchase….unlike the weather ! The table, four chairs and parasol have been through just about everything apart from snow ….. .
We had an initial problem with a set of screws that were the wrong size but otherwise it was relatively easy to assemble. After a quick phone call the problem was sorted out and the new set of screws arrived 2 days later.
