We have been delighted with our new patio set and the service from Lazy Susan has been top class. From first contact by phone to clarify our order, communication from the company has been terrific.
Delivery was first class and I found assembly was straight forward, helped by using my own tools rather than the basic ones thoughtfully provided. The quality of the aluminium pressings is first class and the table and chairs have a substantial feel to them . In short … Lazy Susanyer the tops!

Very pleased with our new garden table, chairs, bench etc, just took a bit of patience putting them together, chairs used to come in one piece.

Excellent customer service and product!
Fantastic service from a great company with a personal touch. I had a query very shortly after placing my order, which was easily resolved (thank you for your understanding and generosity). It took us a few weeks to get around to start putting the furniture together. Unfortunately, one of the cushioned 'feet' in the parasol base was broken, but this was quickly remedied after a phone call to the office - first class service and delivery of the replacement part. The price paid for the patio set and parasol was fair, given the quality. We're really pleased overall with the product and the exceptional service.
