An excellent experience! Our furniture is beautiful and the customer service was excellent too. A small part was missing when the furniture arrived. I phoned the company the same day and explained that I needed the part quickly as we had an event organised two days from then. The member of staff I spoke to arranged for the part to be sent by priority courier and sure enough the parts arrived the following day. Our family event then went ahead as planned and the new furniture helped make it a huge success! Thank you so much LazySusan.
