Super furniture. Have had it since summer 2021.
Arrived as promised. Relatively easy to follow assembly instructions. We were I.oressed by many aspect of overall design.
The delivery was very quick and nicely packaged.
During assembly I found a fault with one of the chairs and the company replaced it within 3 days.
I regard this as superb customer service and happily give this company 5 stars.
My experience was great. It took a while to put everything together - an eight seater table a bench and eight chairs. We succeeded with the exception of one chair where the thread was broken.
After telephoning and discussing this and many a
apologies this chair was replaced and I now have a fantastic full set with an amazingly colourful terra cotta umbrella and cushions.
