Lazy Susan furniture is wonderful. I bought the 2 seat April bistro over 5 years ago and it still looks brand new. A quick early wash down really brings it back to life. It’s stayed outside all these years.
The other day I noticed it had lost 2 rubber feet and a nut form the chair leg and they sent me out replacements free of charge.
The lady on the phone was lovely and so helpful - sorry I didn’t catch your name.
I’ve now just purchased the April bench and coffee table online.
Siobhan was brilliant via email customer service as I made an error with my order, she replied promptly and sorted it out so easily.

Very pleased with the helpful service when I placed my order by phone on a Sunday morning, delivery was exactly onetime and very efficient. There was some damage to one of the chairs (possibly manufacture default)I sent a picture on email and received a call within 15 minutes of sending email, apologised for inconvenience and sent out a replacement which was perfect. Would recommend quality and service without hesitation, ?
I was very pleased with the service I receivedI bought the chairs, table and parasol May 2021 and was very pleased with them. When the parasol developed a fault this August you offered a replacement at half price which I thought was very fair.Unfortunately I have had to put it away for the winter now but. Am looking forward to enjoying them again next year.
