The items delivered with one exception were well-packed the instructions for assembly were easy to follow. When finished the result was excellent. The one item that needed attention was a missing tie on the chair covers. One e-mail problem was solved within two days replacement was received. The service and product were first rate I would recommend this company to anyone needing this type of furniture.
Purchase set of 4 table and chairs..very well made and easy to assemble.. looks great..fell sure will last a lifetime...had a slight problem with one of the parts.. replaced in 2 day's.. could not fault customer service department.. would recommend this product and company to friends and family..

Unfortunately there was a mix up with the courier which meant a delay in delivery which was a bit disappointing but the table is lovely and we are delighted with it.

Arrived in good time. Easily assembled, in fact the most difficult part was removing it from the very good protective packaging! Very solid and a handsome addition to the garden.

Having come across Lazy Susan on an internet search for dark grey metal garden furniture, I was impressed by the look and range that they offer. The fact that they added all the accessories - cushions, parasol etc., all in the different colour swatches - into the furniture search made my choice even simpler. When I received my Slate Grey 6-seater June set, with April chairs, Pistachio cushions and parasol, the assembly instructions were clear, with self-explanatory diagrams, and all the pieces fitted together easily. A couple of issues were rectified very efficiently - I received paint for the chips quickly (you can hardly notice!) and a replacement chair leg was dispatched as a priority. Communication and customer service were excellent throughout. Highly recommended!
