Arrived quickly. Really happy with the product which looks amazing in my garden!!
The initial delivery was prompt. Unfortunately upon opening the package a fault was detected from manufacturer. The problem was immediately resolved by Ron at Lazy Susan and we had the replacement sent within a couple of days.

The furniture was delivered quickly and safely. The delivery company were really nice and helpful. The actual garden furniture is very well made and there were are instructions to assemble. The nuts, bolts, screws, etc.were clearly labelled - if a little daunting in sheer amount! It did take longer than I thought to assemble 6 chairs and table. However, once completed the furniture is sturdy and attractive. The price was competitive to other garden furniture I looked at.
Altogether I’m very pleased with the finished product and would recommend it to others.

Delivery was very prompt and assembly though quite complex went ok and no bits were missing except the umbrella hole cover which Lazy Susan are now sending.

Great customer service from Katja when ordering Emily table parasol & base on 12/8/2023. Delivered on Tuesday 15/8. Our Emily table & parasol is lovely, just had one snag which was quickly resolved by Nicolleta. Lazy Susan customer care is fabulous as is the quality of their garden furniture.
Uncomplicated and clear, from the ordering, the delivery. The amount of packaging showed care and pride that the company has in it's product. Best of all, 'the putting together' was time consuming ( I am a 68yr woman) but everything fitted beautifully and not a crossed threaded screw in sight. I am very happy with my table and chairs and especially as I had seen the review from someone in Scotland whose furniture survives their weather and looks great. Many thanks to this company.
