We are delighted!
We are very happy with the service from your company, very polite staff on the telephone even when I changed my order slightly . It was delivered on time and packaged well ,on a pallet. .We found the furniture very easy to assemble once we had worked it out . The only problem ,we were missing a few Spring clips but after a phone call to the office a new pack arrived by post the following day. Yes ,would definitely recommend Lazy Susan , we are delighted .
Had a issue with the table but must say the reaction and service was excellent This is the real proof of a company so wouldn't hesitate to recommend them
Order process was not entirely clear as far as inclusion of the gift. Only when one proceeds to commit to pay does the gift appear on the order list. This caused me to hesitate to place an order. Call centre agent (before 9am) was friendly but not able to clarify regarding the gift. Thereafter all telephone calls I made were directly to the company (***) and assistance was clear and informative. 1 missing table leg and 1 faulty part were delivered the next day as promised. Thank you for excellent service. I will have no hesitation in recommending your company and products.

Excellent! We are delighted with our Catherine 8 seater set with April chairs and the Ivy bistro set (that enables us, if need be, to seat 8 people with an extra table on the side). Design is very classy, manufacture is very good quality, all the products were carefully packaged and delivery was on time. Assembly instructions are detailed and easy to understand, and the screws, nuts and bolts were enclosed in good quantity. The sales team answered our questions quickly with good advice and nothing was wrong. Elegant, confortable and easy to maintain, the furniture has already been much admired by my friends... Thank you very much to all the Lazy Susan team.
We purchased a Catherine 6 seater table and 6 Emma Chairs. Someone rang me up to arrange for a delivery date. We had an afternoon appointment on the day in question and Lazysusan Furniture said they would try to get an early delivery for us. Our purchase arrived at 8.15am on the date agreed. The table and chairs were extremely well packaged. each item being wrapped separately. The whole thing went together fairly easily once we had worked it out and we are certainly pleased with the product. No hesitation recommending.
