Really prompt dispatch of samples helping my intended purchase.
The furniture was relatively easy to assemble and really good when I'd completed it. Well packaged and with all the parts I needed. It looks great on our terrace! Thank you.
Buying furniture on line is not the most natural experience but lazy Susan made it easy, from being available to discuss the product on line, to seeing it in a local garden centre and getting it delivered. I was intrigued to see how easy it would be to build but wow, easy instructions, parts pact and clear to use. Building it was a pleasure and it looks as great as their web site said it would. Lazy Susan has exceeded expectations from start to finish.

Cracking service and quality goods
The first delivery date was not convenient and rearranging the date was very straightforward. When the delivery arrived the wrong colour chairs had been sent. I rang Lazysusan who were extremely helpful and apologetic and arranged for the correct chairs to be delivered and the wrong ones removed two days later. The garden furniture is lovely - very stylish and sturdy.
