Delivered on time, the table and chairs were easy to assemble and the quality is very good.
We had a little glitch, whereby the 6 chairs arrived but the table went "missing in transit"- I spoke to a very helpful young lady called Charlotte, who chased up a replacement (and kept us informed of progress), which arrived today.
I have to say, my wife & I are delighted with the looks/quality of the product.
If you, like us, are bored with the endless stream of Rattan-style garden furniture , we can highly recommend Lazy Susan Ltd's high-end aluminium table & chairs.
Excellent products and customer service. We were so happy with our first purchase (6 seater table and chairs) that we ordered again within a week (bistro set). Extremely pleased with everything and highly recommend the company.
Ordering process straightforward, delivery prompt, delivery driver helpful. Product well packed. Instructions for assembly clear, quality as expected - actually slightly better, assembly easy all parts supplied with good productiin visual control system to ensure nothing was missing. Altogether - what is not to like? Tools supplied would have been adequate, but I used my own socket set. Maybe a business opportunity to offer a set of better assembly tools at time of order - some customers might find that helpful.

Super quality furniture which was easily assembled. The table is sound and the seats comfortable although I may now purchase seat cushions in the future. The Antique Bronze looks great on the patio in my back garden.

Delivery came in a few days, the furniture was very well packed, assembly was very easy. The furniture is as described, and really beautiful.
Excellent quality table and chairs. The ordering process was very straightforward with prompt delivery. Delivery driver even called beforehand to let us know. After assembling the furniture we discovered one of the chair leg footpads was missing. We contacted customer services and within a couple of days they had posted out a replacement. Very impressed. Would recommend you to the other people without hesitation!
