Excellent customer service with queries I had and delivery was as expected by a very helpful and friendly delivery man! Ordered table,chairs, parasol and seat pads and am very pleased with my purchase.

Quick delivery, very well packaged, beautiful furniture, easy to set up, I only regret I didnt buy the parasol and the base!
Everything and everyone who has dealt with this order has been first class,there is just one area where I think you could improve your service,your designated carrier was very helpful but the product was far too heavy for one person to handle.we have 7 steps leading down to our house and I had to help him bring them down,and I am a senior citizen, would suggest in the future that you would advise your carrier this product needs 2 people.

The quality of the product is very good and it requires very little maintenance (apart from a wipe over with soapy water) and I believe it is excellent value for money.

the only criticism I have is the screw caps don't stay on at all, they all seem quite loose and by seeing the screws, spoils the look of the table.
