Such great quality furniture!! We love our table and chairs- we’ve waited a long time to buy a new set snd we were not disappointed.
The furniture was carefully wrapped to ensure it arrived without scratches and dents.
The delivery men were great and helpful.
The actual furniture is stunning and the video tutorial is helpful to watch which makes assembly easy.
Really pleased with quality of service and product. Whilst early days, I see no reason why the table and chairs won’t perform as well as the bench which looks brand new after being outdoors for 2 years.
Just assembled our furniture after having it in storage for a little while. It was simple to put together and looks great! The chairs are really comfy, even without cushions. Can’t fault it so far! Really happy we chose the matching parasol base.
We love the furniture but it was rather time-consuming and fiddly to assemble. the real problem was that the ring to which the legs are fixed has a top and bottom which are not indicated anywhere. We fixed the legs to it and then found that they did not line up to the fittings on the table top. I rang Lazy Susan and was told immediately that we had probably fixed the legs to the ring the wrong way up. There are two small drain holes on the side that needs to face down. Clearly this is a common problem so why is it not highlighted in the instructions? It wasted a lot of time!
