The assembly of the Alice table and chairs took a few hours , the table legs were especially difficult to align . The tools proved were not sufficient and a socket set saved the day . However after perseverance we are very happy with the table and chairs, they are good quality and look lovely , Looking forward to using them when the weather improves
Ordered Alice table 4 chair set in bronze. Contacted by LS day after delivery to be informed that they had inadvertently sent grey chairs. LS arranged pick up & next day delivery, however carrier let them down. To LS credit they compensated my inconvenience with free gift. Thank you. Have since put all items together and so pleased with quality and appearance of the set. Can’t praise LS enough in their efforts to sort out initial problem. This company has courteous and hard working colleagues with quality products. A great recipe for success. I am sure I will be back for other items. Thank you.

Really lovely furniture.
The provision of the order was quick and efficient. The item itself proved easy to assemble and much thought and care had been put into the packaging to avoid damage in transit. The showroom at Chichester was most helpful to us in trying out the table and chairs and in explaining the options. I would recommend you to others who are looking for metal garden furniture.

Lazy Susan were very helpful as we were looking to buy a garden table, not a full set. They sent us a sample to ensure we were happy with the colour match, delivery was prompt and we are very happy with the product. Excellent website, plenty of good quality and accurate images. The communication was very good. The item was delivered exactly as described, it was well packed and arrived safely. Assembly whilst easy and straight forward with the supplied mini spanners, was much easier with proper tools. The fixings were of good quality. One set of bolts, despite being correctly supplied as shown on the inventory, would have been better if they had been slightly shorter (the nut covers would have fitted better). I contacted "Lazy Susan" who immediately, to their credit, supplied a full set of 5 mm shorter bolts by first class post. Excellent customer service! The table and chairs are well made, the castings are of good quality and as a consequence assembled easily resulting in sturdy and good looking garden furniture. I am something of a perfectionist and I am very happy!
No further improvement needed an excellent service and brilliant quality items.
