I am not entirely happy with my patio furniture. As I ordered over the phone, I would have appreciated some advice on which chairs to buy. The ones that come with the set (April) are rather small and uncomfortable. Also the seat pads seem too big for them. If I was advised about this I would have paid that little bit extra and bought larger chairs. In fact, I wish I had bought the 150cm table too (but that's my fault)! The parasol is lovely, but looks rather large for the 120cm table too.
I was very impressed with the level of service from this company. Any queries I had when purchasing the table and four chairs were dealt with professionally and this was also the case when I enquired about the delivery process. I am very pleased with the quality and appearance of the furniture and would definitely recommend to others.
Excellent quality of chairs, table and bench. Evidently, a lot of thought had been put into the designs. Had a minor problem with ordering from the website - chairs appeared to be out of stock - sorted out very efficiently over the phone. Delivery by TNT extremely quick and efficient, despite our remote location.

We are so pleased with our recent order from Lazy Susan, the table and chairs really do set off our patio area perfectly, replacing a tired looking wooden set. We were able to take the opportunity to visit the showroom in Chichester where Steve was very helpful and showed us the various table and chair combinations. We ordered by phone the following day to enable us to choose a different bench to the one offered online and were pleasantly surprised to receive delivery the following day. All the items were very well packaged and the table went together very easily.
Superb service. Order delivered two days after order. We are delighted with our Alice table and chairs. A bonus having the parasol, base, and seat covers at a reduced price.We would definitely order from Lazy Susan again .and recommend our friends to do same.
