Everything was good apart from the fact the spring washers in both sizes were missing and we had to go out to Homebase to buy them, which was not really what I expect for a £600 product. Delivery was as promised. Instructions for assembly could do with a few more words.

Delivery was made within one week and was uncomplicated with TNT. Packaging was solid, but luckily not over the top - no mountains of rubbish. Value for money ratio is perfectly fine, quality is adequate. We had a miss-picked item, though (wrong colour), and making contact and having this resolved took a bit longer than expected.

Everything superb, top quality, lots of fun during assembly, value for money absolutely fine. Bit of bad luck with the delivery company (TNT-Express, after complaint good service as well, though). Again anytime, maybe a bench?

The parcel arrived at the promised date and in perfect condition. The material is exactly as we expected.
