Very helpful staff especially regarding delivery flexibility and options. Spring washers were missing from hardware so had to buy from hardware store to finish assembly.
Everything was super fast, top quality, assembly is pretty easy, plenty of small parts and screws. I am completely satisfied.

Delivery was exceptional. Arrived in less than two days. Table assembly was relatively easy and the finished product was great. The green parasol fits in beautifully in a garden setting. We would have liked high backed seat cushions in green to match the parasol but these are not available.

The service that we received from your company was excellent. You kept us fully informed of each stage of the delivery process and the driver contacted us as arranged as we had specific requirements concerning our delivery. The white aluminium table and 4 chairs together with high seat pads are very good quality and are as described on your website and represent good value for money. The 'freebie' tea towel was very welcome and also of good quality. Thank you.
There are two sizes of screw when assembling the chairs, the instructions do not make this clear. Just a minor hiccup in an excellent product.

This is quite the best garden furniture I have ever owned. We have a traditional Victorian house so we bought the white 120cm Alice table and four April chairs with parasol and seat pads. The entire experience was excellent. The folks we spoke to over the phone were all very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. It was very easy to make the order on-line and the speed of response and delivery was exemplary. The product itself is superb - excellent quality, right down to the fixings which screwed very easily. And the seats are very comfy, even without the pads. My only regret is that I didn't buy sooner!
