They are a most helpful company and have provided excellent service.
Excellent service even when there was a damaged lazy Susie. It was replaced straight away and I received a replacement before I'd finished putting the chairs together.
I ordered an 8 seater set one chair was impossible to put together due to a faulty screw in the end had to get a local iron monger to file the screw down and put on a new bolt and nut set to secure the chair ,as we had no time to complain and wait for a new chair to be despatched I think it was a faulty batch as the box also didn't have the correct number of plastic covers for the nuts . Apart from that set is very good quality.
The furniture was delivered on time, was sufficiently protected for transport, assembly is simple if there were no production errors. At the BBQ table there is not enough thread in the holes in the table legs so I could not fix the bolts. In a seat back failed a bolt because the threads in the hole was broken. I possess I can solve these problems with the necessary knowledge and the necessary tools (allowing the necessary time), and finally was able to assemble everything.
We were really impressed with the variety of table & chair styles & sizes on the website. Even more impressed at the 'no pressure' sales approach when we visited Lazy Susan to see the products 'in the flesh' - they were SO patient. 90% of it was delivered exactly when promised, and their customer service & communication was excellent in sorting out a couple of glitches to complete the order. Great service, lovely products - for which we're getting so many compliments, and the price was very competitive. Thank you, Lazy Susan!
The furniture is lovely and the ordering process was faultless, everyone was very helpful, even to the point of arranging an early delivery at the weekend as they were in the area. We had a problem with a couple of chairs initially, but this was sorted out straight away and replacement parts sent. Some of the fittings were a little tight to put together but the instructions were clear and we got there with a bit of elbow grease! We are delighted with the free garden bench too. We would highly recommend Lazy Susan, now we just need plenty of sunshine to enjoy it all.
Looked online as recommended by my god-daughter who bought from Lazy Susan 2 years ago but I went to the showroom and they could not have been more helpful. Delivery next week
