Nice furniture. Delivery was 'curbside' which meant he dumped it outside our fence and one chair was dented. Looks good though and seems good quality. Pleased with purchase

EXCELLENT. Congrats for everything really. Quality is excellent. Delivery was on said date, the deliveryman very nice. Very well protected product (took longer to unpack than to assemble...). Very easy assembly (I am a lonely 45-yr-old woman and I built it all in 3 hours on my own, taking my time)

Material delivered within 4 days and fully meets our expectations. Very nice quality. Products to be recommended.
Excellent communication. Decent goods. Just the delivery company was a nightmare. Delivery was cancelled and then delivered anyway. Driver caused damage to customer property due to incompetence, and then just left with no more than a verbal apology and without dealing with the damage of a few hundred Euros. No delivery papers and not enough stability of packing. The goods had fallen over and had to be inspected for damages. Shame, your delivery company is going to tell me the sub company that carried out the delivery. Let's see.

He was even thoughtful enough to put the large take le together before he loaded it into the truck this morning. Also *** and *** who answered my calls were very professional and helpful. Especially chose to buy directly from you and not use *** or some similar company because as I had hoped, your service is exemplary.Once my friend who is a Mosaic Artist has made two of my chairs into works of art and shows one of them at The Bucks Open Studios in June, I shall send you photos. It is no wonder your business is a success and I wish you only more of the same. Just promise me you won't change!!
