Absolutely beautiful, maintenance free, kept outside 365 days of the year. Still in mint condition. Delivery time good, particularly as we were in the middle of COVID-19. If you see an item you want, don't hesitate.

Cracking service and quality goods
The first delivery date was not convenient and rearranging the date was very straightforward. When the delivery arrived the wrong colour chairs had been sent. I rang Lazysusan who were extremely helpful and apologetic and arranged for the correct chairs to be delivered and the wrong ones removed two days later. The garden furniture is lovely - very stylish and sturdy.
The tables and chairs are good and easy to put together. Two small problem regarding the manufacture powder coat finish. Customer Service sent touch up paint, happy with that. Screw caps under the chairs and tables (are not seen) are not a good fit though will stop anybody rubbing against the screws. No parts missing. I would recommend them.
I was able to get samples promptly and the lady who took my order over the phone was courteous and very helpful. I look forward to taking delivery of our new garden furniture.
Great service and great help when I lost some feet or one of the feed of one of the chairs and they help me out brilliantly
The support we had was excellent, some items were omitted from the original delivery - when I phoned up, they arrived the following day.
A small problem at first with 2 parts of the furniture needed replacement. However, their customer service was excellent. The parts were replaced within days. The original delivery was good and also the 2nd delivery was good. The garden furniture is lovely and really compliments our home.
