Parcel Delivery
For all 4 or 6 seater tables sets that include self-assembly chairs, we will send this order through Parcelforce Large parcel service. The items are hand delivered and are provided with a tracking number. Delivery can be made within one working day. If you require urgent delivery, please call our office.

Pallet Delivery
FBy selecting one of the stacking chair models (Jane, Mary or Maria), your order will be delivered by Geodis on a wooden pallet on an appointment basis. Geodis will call you to confirm the date and time slot of your convenience for the delivery. Please make sure you provide at least one or two contact phone numbers.
Please note: All pallets are delivered to the kerbside ie. your front door.
Signing for delivery: When receiving a delivery, please take a couple of minutes to check the condition of the packaging. If you suspect any damage, please accept the product but write one of the following statements on the delivery note: “damage to tabletop”, “damage to 2 x chairs”, “damage to parasol”. When unpacking, you will certainly notice that the products are in perfect condition. But if this is not the case, do not worry. Please just email us some pictures of the damages and we will sort it out for you!

Excellent service
Fantastic quality 8 seat table - expensive but it is worth it. It was very easy for one person to put together - placed tabletop on a big rug, built the table and then flipped over. It arrived on a large pallet which I now have to get rid of - it would have been helpful if the delivery company took this away. Note - it was a single delivery man and I had to smile nicely to get him to bring the table around the back of the house. Table arrived without the lazy Susan! I called customer services and the part was couriered the next day - excellent service.
Looks very nice
Chairs ready assembled, but 1.m Maise table required assembly - 16 screws, but fairly straightforward. Furniture in antique bronze looks very nice. First attempt at delivery unsuccessful, but second attempt fine.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service throughout the buying process. Visited the showroom in Chichester to try before we ordered and staff were very helpful, giving us the time needed to make a decision.

Lazy Susan were excellent, the order procedure, the follow up and prompt attention to delivery requirements were all that you would hope for. I would recommend you to others, most definitely.
There is however a downside and that is in the delivery. I gave my mobile no. and asked for a call fifteen minutes prior to the driver arriving in order that I could be there to receive and sign for the goods. Instead I got a call on my office no. to say that the driver was already waiting at my house. My husband and I raced home to find the driver waiting for us. I asked why he hadn't called us prior to arriving to which he replied "That's not my job", we unloaded everything and he assisted with the largest item but not the remainder, i.e. ten chairs, a parasol, a base and a bistro set. That's fine, maybe it's not part of his job but his grumpy attitude was a little disappointing. Other than that, everything else gets TOP MARKS and the furniture is beautiful. Thank you.

We were really pleased with the furniture we ordered. The 8 seater Maisie set. It is not too large but seats us all wonderfully. Although great quality it is not too heavy so the children can move the chairs easily. Although we have only just received it we can see that it will be long lasting and easily maintainable. It looks great too!
