At Lazy Susan we endeavour to answer all emails within 2 hours during normal office hours. We are also happy to send out samples of colours for cushion covers and the metal finishes on the tables. Samples will be sent out by post, and they can be requested by heading over to our samples page and popping whichever one you're interested in into your basket.
Fast, Free Delivery
Lazy Susan are happy to offer free delivery on all products whenever possible, so there are no surprise additional charges at checkout. At checkout you can state any delivery preferences in the 'comments' box which will be communicated to the courier.
Care Instructions
- Wipe dry with a clean cloth
- Give it a splash with some soapy water; no specific cleaning products required
- No need to cover the set in winter
We make sure every photo you send to us really counts by making a donation every time you send one. Donations between £10-£20 are made to Water.org for every photo we receive. Parcel Delivery
For all 4 or 6 seater tables sets that include self-assembly chairs, we will send this order through Parcelforce Large parcel service. The items are hand delivered and are provided with a tracking number. Delivery can be made within one working day. If you require urgent delivery, please call our office.

Pallet Delivery
FBy selecting one of the stacking chair models (Jane, Mary or Maria), your order will be delivered by Geodis on a wooden pallet on an appointment basis. Geodis will call you to confirm the date and time slot of your convenience for the delivery. Please make sure you provide at least one or two contact phone numbers.
Please note: All pallets are delivered to the kerbside ie. your front door.
Signing for delivery: When receiving a delivery, please take a couple of minutes to check the condition of the packaging. If you suspect any damage, please accept the product but write one of the following statements on the delivery note: “damage to tabletop”, “damage to 2 x chairs”, “damage to parasol”. When unpacking, you will certainly notice that the products are in perfect condition. But if this is not the case, do not worry. Please just email us some pictures of the damages and we will sort it out for you!
