Lazy Susan are happy to offer free delivery on all products whenever possible, so there are no surprise additional charges at checkout. At checkout you can state any delivery preferences in the 'comments' box which will be communicated to the courier.

Parcel Delivery
For all 4 or 6 seater tables sets that include self-assembly chairs, we will send this order through Parcelforce Large parcel service. The items are hand delivered and are provided with a tracking number. Delivery can be made within one working day. If you require urgent delivery, please call our office.

Pallet Delivery
FBy selecting one of the stacking chair models (Jane, Mary or Maria), your order will be delivered by Geodis on a wooden pallet on an appointment basis. Geodis will call you to confirm the date and time slot of your convenience for the delivery. Please make sure you provide at least one or two contact phone numbers.
Please note: All pallets are delivered to the kerbside ie. your front door.
Signing for delivery: When receiving a delivery, please take a couple of minutes to check the condition of the packaging. If you suspect any damage, please accept the product but write one of the following statements on the delivery note: “damage to tabletop”, “damage to 2 x chairs”, “damage to parasol”. When unpacking, you will certainly notice that the products are in perfect condition. But if this is not the case, do not worry. Please just email us some pictures of the damages and we will sort it out for you!

Very pleased with the speed of delivery
Very pleased with the speed of delivery. We had a slight problem with the seat base. This was a casting fault and very difficult to notice. We did not notice this until after the bench was assembled and in full daylight. Phoned Lazy Susan and spoke to someone who was most helpful and sent us a replacement seat base without quibble. I would certainly recommend this company for customer service and the quality of the product. (The slight fault with the casting is something that can happen from time to time)

Strong and well designed
The Grace Garden Bench we ordered in slate grey is strong and well designed. Whilst we had difficulty in ordering the bench and cushion together on-line (it proved impossible to do so) we were able to complete the purchase by phone. Delivery was accomplished within a few days. We are very pleased with the bench and had no difficulty inputting the various parts together.
