Goods and service way above the 'norm', very pleased on both accounts.
I've given 4 stars because the final product, the ordering process and the customer service over the telephone have all been very good, however, the quality control of what has been sent has been very poor. It's taken three deliveries to get acceptable components of a bench and barbecue table. Beware, but persevere!

The before and after sales service provided by Lazy Susan is beyond reproach.When the packaging was removed from my *** two seater bench I noticed a few slight scratches on the paintwork and on notifying *** in the sales dept.she immediately posted some repair paint.A video showing how to apply the paint was sent to my e.mail address The resulting repair was impressive,as good as new.I would not hesitate to recommend this company.Five star service.***"
The order procedure and customer support is excellent. The benches I ordered came at the time I was told they would and although I had to contact the customer support as there were some minor paint chips, they were very quick to respond and to arrange to send me some touch up paint. I have had experience in the past with other items and have always found that I receive a brilliant service. I certainly would recommend this company to friends.
Although I really like my July bench I am deeply disappointed that your response to packing it and sending it with an obvious and visible flaw was to say you would send me touch up paint. If you take quality seriously, as you say on your web site, I cannot understand your quality control to dispatch it like this.
