The order procedure and customer support is excellent. The benches I ordered came at the time I was told they would and although I had to contact the customer support as there were some minor paint chips, they were very quick to respond and to arrange to send me some touch up paint. I have had experience in the past with other items and have always found that I receive a brilliant service. I certainly would recommend this company to friends.
Although I really like my July bench I am deeply disappointed that your response to packing it and sending it with an obvious and visible flaw was to say you would send me touch up paint. If you take quality seriously, as you say on your web site, I cannot understand your quality control to dispatch it like this.
