Good products and very good customer service.
After 10 working days waiting for my table and chairs to arrive, I phoned the company, who found that the parcels had been lost by the courier. They arranged for another consignment to be sent, but even this did not arrive until 2 days after it was supposed to. The table and chairs are very nice. My son-in-law out them together and said the job was straightforward. 6 chairs arrived instead of the 4 I had ordered. I am waiting to see if Lazy Susan will want the extra 2 back. I was surprised that they do not track the goods sent out to customers.
This company has always shown concern promptness and professional Customer Care.When showing a fault on part of two products within two days the new delivered items arrived!Will happily purchase again when necessary
Have a lovely set of garden table and chairs noticed the pads are falling off/braking down I phoned to find out if I could buy some new ones but they said they would send me a new set for all the chairs, what a great service I do have other items good quality products all different styles and colours would recommend visiting this SITE ?

Good quality outdoor furniture.
Packaging was excellent! Delivery was prompt and the service provided by the delivery company very good. All the nuts, bolts etc were neatly packaged and instructions simple to understand. In fact, as a lady of a certain age I managed
to assemble table and chairs myself, needing only my partner's extra strength to tighten where needed! I'm very pleased with my new garden furniture.
Easy to use website, great quality furniture and easy to put together. Arrived quickly and packaged well. We liked the table and chairs so much we went on to order two more chairs. Seat covers very good quality. Would definitely use them again.
I am very pleased with our garden furniture and will be ordering more the quality is excellent i chose the colour sandstone .
We now have 4 sets of tables/chairs. They are well engineered so all the parts fit easily and build is also easy but time consuming (no way out of that). They are excellent features in the garden and I would not buy from anyone but Lazy Susan for outdoor aluminium furniture.
