At Lazy Susan we aim to answer all emails within 2 hours during normal office hours. Samples of cushion colours and the different metal finishes of our garden furniture can be sent out on request. Please visit our sample request form and we will post the samples out to you on a per-request basis.

Fast, Free Delivery

Lazy Susan provide free delivery on all products, so there will be no additional fees or service charges at checkout. Delivery preferences can also be communicated at checkout by making a note in the "comments" box, and we will pass them on to the courier.

Delivery

Lazy Susan Table set delivery

Free Delivery:

Lazy Susan are pleased to offer the vast majority of our customers free delivery, Monday-Friday. If you have a query, please do not hesitate to call us on 01243 71 71 97 or email [email protected]

Parcel Delivery

For all 4 or 6 seater tables sets that include self-assembly chairs, we will send this order through Parcelforce Large parcel service. The items are hand delivered and are provided with a tracking number. Delivery can be made within one working day. If you require urgent delivery, please call our office.

Pallet Delivery

By selecting one of the stacking chair models (Jane, Mary or Maria), your order will be delivered by Geodis on a wooden pallet on an appointment basis. Geodis will call you to confirm the date and time slot of your convenience for the delivery. Please make sure you provide at least one or two contact phone numbers.

Please note: All pallets are delivered to the kerbside ie. your front door.

Signing for delivery: When receiving a delivery, please take a couple of minutes to check the condition of the packaging. If you suspect any damage, please accept the product but write one of the following statements on the delivery note: “damage to tabletop”, “damage to 2 x chairs”, “damage to parasol”. When unpacking, you will certainly notice that the products are in perfect condition. But if this is not the case, do not worry. Please just email us some pictures of the damages and we will sort it out for you!

The order procedure was fine but the delivery was not. I got several emails saying the furniture was on its way but I couldn't track it. Rang the delivery people and they said you had put the wrong labels on it so they had to go and collect it again. I needed to make several phone calls over this including one to you. You said they would ring and say when the delivery would be made so I wasn't waiting in but then, unannounced, it turned up!! I am delighted with the furniture however.
