Since the launch of Lazy Susan back in March 2007, we’ve sold thousands of garden furniture sets, all of which have been successfully delivered to all corners of the UK.
And whilst we originally launched Lazy Susan to a UK audience, we have found our classic styling has also resonated across Europe with those looking for a little of that Great British styling and craftsmanship.
Our Export Garden Furniture Division has now expanded to include several foreign language websites and a dedicated customer service team.
We’d be lying if we didn’t say that the last few years have been tricky though. The double whammy of Brexit and the pandemic has been a bit of a logistical nightmare.
However, we don’t want to get into politics and red tape. Michael and the team have worked hard to resolve those issues, we are over a few temporary hurdles and looking forward to our Export Garden Furniture team having a busy summer 2022.
As a business, we’ve continued to focus on delivering better and better products supported by excellent customer service, regardless of where we are shipping our garden furniture.
Free European Delivery now available for our Export Garden Furniture
We are delighted to announce that we can now offer free delivery to Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, from our new location in the Netherlands.
In addition, we can ship to France and Austria, with a small shipping fee. For any deliveries outside any of those countries, please contact our Customer Service team on +44 1243 717 197, and they'll be happy to discuss what you want and organise a personalised shipping quote.
How our Export Deliveries Work
If you order one of our 2 Seater Garden Bistros or 4 Seater Garden Table Sets with April, Rose, Emma and Kate Garden Chairs or one of our Garden Benches then they will be delivered using one of our trusted couriers: DHL, DPD or TNT.
Your goods will be dispatched from our warehouse within 7 days of your order and then please allow a further 2 days for delivery.
The courier will aim to contact you as soon as possible, to keep you updated with tracking information and let you know when you can expect delivery.
Please provide a mobile number when placing your order, so that our couriers can contact you.
If you order one of the larger 6 Seater Garden Table Sets, 8 Seater Garden Table Sets or 10+ Seater Garden Table Sets with any of our Garden Chairs or any size set with our Jane, Maria or Mary Stacking Chairs, then your goods will be dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands within 7 days.
We ask that you then please allow a further 7 days for delivery and your furniture will be delivered by our new full-service logistics partner, Jan Krediet, also based in the Netherlands.
Jan Krediet has a century of experience in international logistics and a team dedicated to ensuring the best service possible for all our customers.
For all 2 man deliveries, your furniture will carefully be delivered to your garden, patio or outdoor space by Jan Krediet, ready for you to just assemble and enjoy.
Please again provide a mobile number when ordering, as this will allow Jan Krediet to update you with tracking and delivery times.
