Navigating our website
Browsing our site is simple, making it easy to find the exact pieces of outdoor furniture you want in only a couple of mouse clicks. The web shop is divided into various categories, so you can browse by table size (2, 4, 6, 8 and 10+ seating), by colour (white or antique bronze), by table shape (square, round or oval) and so on. We have made it as easy as possible to jump straight into what you’re looking for.
We have breadcrumb navigation to show exactly where you are and the path you’ve taken from the homepage, and both drop down and sidebar navigation menu’s. Once in the product pages, we have packed them with helpful features such as recommended accessories, best sellers, customer reviews, detailed descriptions, product specs, dimensions, delivery info and assembly instructions etc.

Due to popular demand we opened a showroom in May 2012, right next to our office and warehouse in Terminus road, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 8TX. Some people like to try before they buy and we receive regular interest from customers wishing to come and have a look at our garden furniture prior to purchasing. So if you’re not too far away, then we invite you to come and visit us.
Our showroom (pictured above) is by appointment only, so please call us on 01243 717197 to book. We’re open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, on Saturday from 10am to 2pm, and on a Sunday afternoon from 1pm till 4pm.
We are pleased to be in the position where we can provide the vast majority of our customers with free delivery, Monday to Friday. At checkout you simply specify which day you’d like to accept delivery in the ‘comments box’.

We currently have four different delivery methods – Interlink Express, TNT, pallet, and our in-house delivery team. The delivery method is dependent on the combination of items you’ve ordered, and further details can be found our Lazy Susan Delivery Classification page.
Our delivery timescales are based on historical delivery times and this is the time in transit of your order. If your order is placed before 2pm, we can normally process and dispatch the same day, if the order is made after this time, we will dispatch the next working day.
Surcharges are applied automatically at checkout for areas that are not included in Free Delivery. This surcharge is related to the size/weight of your Order.
For international deliveries, please call us on +44 (0) 1243 717197 or email [email protected] and we can advise on delivery to Europe and beyond. Please tell us which set you are interested in and where you live, including the area code. We will then confirm an exact delivery cost.
We have previously shipped our garden furniture to France, Ireland, Spain, Holland, Switzerland, Japan, Guernsey, Jersey, Majorca, Belgium, Denmark, Jordan… The list goes on! We are able to offer this network through our numerous distribution partners. We cover a certain percentage of the delivery costs ourselves.
The Lazy Susan Furniture Price Promise is to match any furniture price that is exactly the same as ours. We will require proof of the offer, as well as photographs to show it is exactly the same as our product. Please note, the product has to be the same as ours, as then we can ensure it is of the same high quality.
We price our furniture extremely competitively, and we are therefore confident that our prices reflect the high quality product and the fantastic service you will receive. We used to go to all the Garden shows across the country for the first two years of business, however we have now realised the best way to be competitive is to be a purely online business. We can therefore remain flexible, offer our products at the lowest possible prices due to lower overheads, and maintain the highest level of customer service. The fastest method of acquiring a response is by completing our Where’s My Order? form.
Once we have received this information we will call the relevant delivery company and request an estimated time of arrival. Once we have news from the delivery company, we will call you immediately.
Please be aware that during our busy summer season, it can take the delivery companies around 1 hour to respond with an estimated time of arrival. Alternatively, you can call our direct delivery line on 01243 717195, we’re open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Help with assembly
Over on our YouTube channel we have a number of videos (such as the June video shown below) showing how to assemble your Lazy Susan garden furniture. I’m afraid we don’t have a construction video for every piece in our range but the same technique is used across similar tables.
Lazy Susan offers three different methods for payment – Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, and Bank Transfer. These options can be selected at the checkout, please select the most convenient method for you.
For Debit and Credit Card we’ve chosen to work with SagePay as our payment gateway provider. The method we use is ‘Authenticate and authorise payments’, which means our customers are not charged at checkout, only on dispatch of your furniture. As part of the process, you will be asked to complete the transaction using their 3D-Secure authentication.
What if something is missing or damaged?
It is rare but it can happen. The fastest way of resolving a missing part or a damaged item is by completing our part of order missing or damaged form
If it is missing we’ll try and locate the item as soon as possible and contact you with a resolution. If anything arrives damaged, then to speed the process up, we advise that you email us please a picture of the damaged item to [email protected] We try our best to resolve any issues within 48 hours.
As a small business, all our telephone calls and emails are answered by Michael Scott, the business owner, David Bryant or Kate Hobson. This allows for a fast and informed response to any queries over prices or delivery options. Queries can be resolved immediately without being passed around from department to department.
