If ordered with April, Rose, Emma or Kate chairs, we would expect your items to be dispatched within 3 working days with XDP or DPD Local. Once dispatched they will contact you with tracking details. Please allow a further 3-5 days for delivery.
Our couriers will aim to contact you as soon as possible, to keep you updated with tracking information and let you know when you can expect your delivery. We ask that you please provide a mobile number when placing your order, so that our couriers can contact you.
Our larger furniture sets, and any sets with stacking chairs, (Jane, Maria), will be delivered by XDP, Simply Parcels or via the Pall-Ex network. Your delivery company will not be selected until your order has been assessed by our logistics team. Please provide a mobile number when ordering, as this will allow the courier to update you with tracking and delivery times.
For orders being delivered via XDP, (Normally up to a 6 seater with April, Emma, Rose or Kate Chairs), we would expect the parcels to be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days and then delivered within 3 - 5 days.
For orders being sent out with Simply Parcels, we would expect them to be collected from our warehouse within 7 days. You will then be contacted via text or email within 7 working days of the collection to arrange with you a delivery time for your goods. This will be a 1 or 2 man delivery, your furniture will carefully be delivered to your garden, patio or outdoor space, ready for you to assemble.
For orders delivered through the Pall-ex network, your order will leave our warehouse within 7 working days of your order date, then be delivered by pallet and placed in front of your property, for you to take charge of. You will be contacted by the courier making the palletised delivery within 24 to 48 hours of the goods leaving our warehouse, so that they can arrange the delivery with you.
Subject to exception for "out of area" postcodes including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Lazy Susan are pleased to offer the vast majority of our UK customers free delivery, Monday-Friday. At checkout, you can state any special requirements or important information to be communicated to the carrier in the 'comments' box.

Delivery
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible and use a few trusted couriers to provide the best possible service. Delivery times may vary, depending on what you have ordered and where you are in the UK.
Our warehouse is located in Kent and all UK orders are dispatched from there. Please do not be concerned if all items on your order do not arrive at the same time - all available items should be received within 48 hours of each other. If this does not happen, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for an update: they will be glad to help you.
