We are now recruiting for customer service team members who can make a big contribution to a dynamic and exciting phase in our development.

Full-Time position
Key tasks and responsibilities
➤ Providing great service to customers. Our customers are our community and you’ll need to be able to communicate with them in a clear, sympathetic and friendly way.
➤ Handling all kinds of sales enquiries and achieving high levels of sales conversion.
➤ Learning company processes in order to be accurate and efficient in your tasks.
➤ Developing great relations with our customers encouraging them to share their views and images of our products.
Your professional and personal profile
You will have:
➤ Proven previous experience in a Customer Care role (eg retail, hospitality or in a contact centre).
➤ Processed and tracked orders from point of sale to end delivery to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
➤ Developed customer confidence through specific knowledge of products and pricing.
➤ A good working knowledge of standard business software including some experience of using business data management systems.
➤ Shown an ability to multi-task and change directions when circumstances dictate
➤ Positive attitude and great communication skills.
➤ Strong attention to detail and a desire to always learn and improve.
➤ Ability to collaborate with colleagues, both providing and accepting help and ideas.
➤ An exemplary employment history demonstrating commitment and hard work
...and be:
➤ Fluent in spoken and written English and in German or French.
➤ Able to use your own initiative where procedures have not yet been established.
➤ Flexible with work duties and hours as required by the team and business (you will be required to work occasional weekend days)
➤ Confident decision maker with the ability to quickly define what needs doing and prioritise actions in order to get things done.
