Free Delivery:

Lazy Susan are pleased to offer the vast majority of our customers free delivery, Monday-Friday. If you have a query, please do not hesitate to call us on 01243 71 71 97 or email [email protected]

Parcel Delivery

For all 4 or 6 seater tables sets that include self-assembly chairs, we will send this order through Parcelforce Large parcel service. The items are hand delivered and are provided with a tracking number. Delivery can be made within one working day. If you require urgent delivery, please call our office.
Pallet Delivery

FBy selecting one of the stacking chair models (Jane, Mary or Maria), your order will be delivered by Geodis on a wooden pallet on an appointment basis. Geodis will call you to confirm the date and time slot of your convenience for the delivery. Please make sure you provide at least one or two contact phone numbers.

Please note: All pallets are delivered to the kerbside ie. your front door.

Signing for delivery: When receiving a delivery, please take a couple of minutes to check the condition of the packaging. If you suspect any damage, please accept the product but write one of the following statements on the delivery note: “damage to tabletop”, “damage to 2 x chairs”, “damage to parasol”. When unpacking, you will certainly notice that the products are in perfect condition. But if this is not the case, do not worry. Please just email us some pictures of the damages and we will sort it out for you!

Delivery was excellent

Bought bench cushion as a replacement and size was the biggest problem. However you were able to provide the exact size I required. Colour was not a perfect match but is very acceptable and I am happy. Delivery was excellent. I would recommend you to others.

The area i think you can improve on is quality control because one of the legs on the table I purchased wasn't machined out enough so I couldn't attach the nut. Apart from the above I'm very happy. Customer support brilliant. I would recommend to others.
