If your product develops a fault due to materials or workmanship within 3 years, we will repair or replace it free of charge. The exact solution will depend on the nature of the issue. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected. During the guarantee period, Lazy Susan will repair or replace parts, or offer full product replacement (where appropriate) only if all applicable terms outlined below have been
followed.
Paint/Powder Coating
Our paint finishes and powder coating are designed to be durable and long-lasting. If any issues arise with the coating during the warranty period, Lazy Susan will repair or replace the affected parts (depending on the nature of the fault) or offer full product replacement (where appropriate) free of charge. Replacement will be provided only if the common
terms listed below have been met.

Cushions
Cushions purchased directly from us are advertised as shower-proof; however, they are not designed for outdoor storage. We do not accept claims related to weather damage.
Parasols
Parasols purchased directly from us are advertised as shower-proof; however, they are not intended for outdoor storage. Our parasols are intended to be used as an accessory in combination with a table and parasol base. Using the parasol independently, without a base, will void any warranty claims.
Parasol bases
Our parasol bases are made from cast iron to provide the necessary weight for stability. Due to the nature of cast iron, these bases may rust over time. We do not accept claims related to rust damage.
Guarantee Terms
- The product must not have been misused, handled carelessly, damaged, neglected, or exposed to unsuitable conditions. Improper or inappropriate use will void the warranty.
- If a non-faulty product is returned and is not in a resalable condition, a deduction will be made to reflect its condition, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- "Faults" in this guarantee refer to imperfections that affect the product's functionality. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear from regular use. Cosmetic damage such as dents, scratches, marks, or similar imperfections are excluded. Minor fading over time is considered normal. This guarantee covers functional faults only. Your statutory rights may cover additional issues including appearance.
- The guarantee does not cover damage, loss, or other circumstances beyond Lazy Susan’s control, including: unauthorised repairs, pest infestations, negligence, misuse, improper handling or abuse, extreme or abnormal weather conditions including hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fire, or other force majeure events.
- Lazy Susan parasols, cushions, and Textilene fabrics come with a one-year guarantee only.
These guarantees are offered as additional benefits and do not affect your statutory consumer rights. All complaints will be investigated, and if a fault in materials or workmanship is confirmed, Lazy Susan Furniture, will repair or replace (depending on the nature of the fault) the product or part. Lazy Susan will make a decision on how to resolve any complaint. This does not affect your legal rights to pursue a claim. Any replaced product or part will become the property of Lazy Susan.
