Robust attractive chairs others than the nuts, bolts and covers have to be put on very tightly and check regularly whether they are becoming loose as they can easily come away.
I purchased a table and chairs from Lazy Susan Ltd in May 2022 and I was very happy with purchase. 12 months later chairs coating was coming off, table was still perfect. I contacted customer services and sent photographs. Very quick response received, and in less than a week I received two new chairs. Customer service was exceptional, professional and friendly. We ordered a table and 4 chairs in Oct 2021. The table was great but the paint started to come off the chairs. We discussed this with Lazy Susan and they replaced the chairs immediately. It was probably a fault in a particular batch and our environment near the sea put a major stress on them but the fact that the table remains in perfect condition suggests that the materials are normally excellent. I have docked 1 star for the bad batch but would give them 5 stars for their service.
