Track Order

We use a number of trusted delivery partners to get your order to you as smoothly as possible. Below is all the information you need to know about each of our partners. To track your order, follow the link for your carrier listed below or call their customer service team.

All you need is the tracking or consignment number that you will received in an email or SMS from the carrier.

If your order is being dispatched with DHL, it will leave our warehouse within 3 working days of you placing it. When it is collected by DHL, they will contact you via email or SMS with a tracking number and link so you can follow the progress of your delivery. They will let you know the date they will be delivering and a 1-hour window when the delivery will take place. We would expect delivery to be made within 2 working days of collection.

Furdeco is our trusted 2-person delivery partner. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 5 working days. Once received by Furdeco, they will reach out via email or phone to schedule a delivery, typically within 7 working days. You'll be offered a convenient date and a 3-hour delivery window. Your order will be placed in the room or patio of your choice.

For some large orders, we may need to send them to you on a pallet via Fortec which is part of the Pallex Network. We would expect your order to be dispatched by our warehouse within 3 working days. After this, it will enter the Pallex network and be taken to your local delivery depot. The depot will then contact you to book a date for the delivery to take place. This should happen within 3 working days or your order being dispatched.
