Our Charlotte table weighs 24kg which makes moving the garden set around until you find the perfect spot for it, hassle-free. Great quality furniture, easy ordering, through Jethro, and furniture arrived as requested and on time. An issue arose because some of the screws had not been included. On speaking to Jethro he resolved the problem and the screws arrived a week later.

Good product, fair price, prompt delivery. Clear assembly instructions. Ideally easier with two pairs of hands and the supplied spanner is fiddley; better with a socket set. Very minor issues.
The Charlotte table and 6 Kate chairs (plus an umbrella) that we bought are are all extremely well made quality products and exactly as described. The delivery team were helpful and efficient plus everything was VERY well packed. It does take some time to assemble (all tools are provided) but an extra pair of hands is very useful with the chairs initially. However the end result is well worth the effort and I just wish that we had ordered it years ago as it will probably outlive us!
