Lazy Susan provide free delivery on all products, so there will be no additional fees or service charges at checkout. Delivery preferences can also be communicated at checkout by making a note in the 'comments' box, and we will pass them on to the courier.

Parcel Delivery
For all 4 or 6 seater tables sets that include self-assembly chairs, we will send this order through Parcelforce Large parcel service. The items are hand delivered and are provided with a tracking number. Delivery can be made within one working day. If you require urgent delivery, please call our office.

Pallet Delivery
FBy selecting one of the stacking chair models (Jane, Mary or Maria), your order will be delivered by Geodis on a wooden pallet on an appointment basis. Geodis will call you to confirm the date and time slot of your convenience for the delivery. Please make sure you provide at least one or two contact phone numbers.
Please note: All pallets are delivered to the kerbside ie. your front door.
Signing for delivery: When receiving a delivery, please take a couple of minutes to check the condition of the packaging. If you suspect any damage, please accept the product but write one of the following statements on the delivery note: “damage to tabletop”, “damage to 2 x chairs”, “damage to parasol”. When unpacking, you will certainly notice that the products are in perfect condition. But if this is not the case, do not worry. Please just email us some pictures of the damages and we will sort it out for you!

The furniture is beautiful
I have been looking for some garden furniture for a couple of years now (it has replaced a teak set, that even though I have treated it many times, which is laborious, it is brittle and was a complete waste of money). I ordered the Madison table, 8 Emma chairs, the Jasmine bench, parasol and base. A*** at Lazy Susan, who I placed the order with, was very helpful and professional, as was M***, who I spoke to later. The order arrived on the day when it was expected and we (my 10 year old son helped me) had the whole set assembled in a short space of time. The pieces are a good weight, yet not too heavy to move around. One or two minor problems, one was that the instructions are not good, eg the base of the table has to be put together in a certain way and this was not indicated. There were some small chips of paint missing on one of the chair sets and one of two other things. However these minor points were quickly rectified with Lazy Susan. The team at Lazy Susan are obviously proud of the furniture and were very keen to make sure that I was totally satisfied with it. Lazy Susan have good old-fashioned values, which is refreshing. Punctual delivery, easy assembly!
Ordered directly with lazy susan because it was not possible online, delivery time respected, everything arrived in individual packages on a pallet, in each package additional screws were provided. Product complying with the description, easy assembly, now we just have to use it and especially to see how it ages. Anticipate future purchase. Best Regards.
