Parcel Delivery
For all 4 or 6 seater tables sets that include self-assembly chairs, we will send this order through Parcelforce Large parcel service. The items are hand delivered and are provided with a tracking number. Delivery can be made within one working day. If you require urgent delivery, please call our office.

Pallet Delivery
FBy selecting one of the stacking chair models (Jane, Mary or Maria), your order will be delivered by Geodis on a wooden pallet on an appointment basis. Geodis will call you to confirm the date and time slot of your convenience for the delivery. Please make sure you provide at least one or two contact phone numbers.
Please note: All pallets are delivered to the kerbside ie. your front door.
Signing for delivery: When receiving a delivery, please take a couple of minutes to check the condition of the packaging. If you suspect any damage, please accept the product but write one of the following statements on the delivery note: “damage to tabletop”, “damage to 2 x chairs”, “damage to parasol”. When unpacking, you will certainly notice that the products are in perfect condition. But if this is not the case, do not worry. Please just email us some pictures of the damages and we will sort it out for you!

Rose garden bench arrived promptly, well packed. Instructions for assembly were clear and I actually managed to assemble it single handed. The bench is sturdy and well made. I also ordered the bench cushion which makes sitting extremely comfortable. The bench is an attractive addition to my garden. Thank you!

Well packaged to prevent damage. Easy to assemble and very well made. The pictures and the sizes are very accurate, so you know exactly what you will get. Our daughter has one and even after years of exposure to the elements here in north Wales it is still in very good condition.

The bench I ordered arrived promptly and was very well packed, in a strong box, with every part separated with thick cardboard and bubble wrapping, all nuts and bolts etc. vacuum packed. There was a small manufacturing fault that I informed *** about, and he sent me some touch up paint that arrived the next day. It took a matter of moments to apply and there is now no sign of the fault. Excellent service, thank you. Oh, and the bench is lovely.

Beautiful bench, which goes very well with the atmosphere of my garden. Very comfortable seating. For the assembly, it seems easier to start with the back of the chair rather than with the seat base as indicated on the instructions.
